Is the palm oil refinery capacity in West Africa going to improve, increase within the near future?
Koios Associates LLCConsulting
Unlikely, in my view, given the huge economies of scale in plantations and refineries in Indonesia and Malaysia.

In terms of Plantation it takes minimum 3 years to reach its economic yield, most of the investor putting their money in plantation now lock out put for future market. So for middlemen who want to do buy and sell. Nothing will change for the nest 50 years but if you know that commodities are always going to be essential in the futures its not late to invest in plantation such as palm now.
